I'm not saying such an answer would be disqualifying. I think I might have been impressed. It probably would have prompted further discussion. Those few interviews were for technical positions where other answers would have more weight.
My goal was to get a sense of the candidate and what they thought was interesting and why and how they might approach different situations.
One of the stupid bosses I had blocked me from asking it.
