Better:

* Stay sitting or standing for 2–3 hours after meals.
* Avoid eating a large meal close to bedtime.
* For sleep, try lying with your head and upper chest elevated, ideally by raising the head of the bed or using a wedge pillow.
* Lying on the left side may be better for reflux in many people.

But lying down itself is not “bad” in general. It mainly becomes a problem soon after meals, with reflux, bloating, nausea, or hiccups after eating.

My plans this weekend: to install Cloud Beaver on Linux in data center in Europe, in docker and run it in parallel with my #Openclaw agent .

It doesn't need to be perfect. Waiting for perfect is just procrastination in a nice outfit. Start bad. Learn fast. Get better. The progress you feel going from terrible to decent to actually good — that feeling rebuilds your belief in yourself faster than anything else.

testing of claude controlling chrome from outside (no chrome extension, using MCP built-in into chrome):

in windows CLI (cmd.exe) I executed: "claude --chrome" +

then I said: open chrome and go to @eriner@noauthority.social@mastodon.cloud , find the post with "@thecsb@mastodon.cloud" and
reply to it saying "o, kurwa!"

(it was a post by @eriner@noauthority.social about Iran)
