@jolla@techhub.social In case of ChatControl getting passed (very likely), what would be the response of Jolla and the OS. As far as I know the breaking of encryption would be on a low level, so the OS could potentially be very viable alternative for people in the EU. Would Jolla comply with this?

AI is one of the worst stuff we could have invented. It is a tool that would be the start of the destruction of the world as we know it today.

No critical thinking, heavy addictions, no real understanding of the world.

People who believe the AI can be used for innovation and speed are delusional.

We must find a way to fight it back and even ban it.

Many websites with quality content are buried deep down for not serving the algo best. True organic content is my understanding in the webaites/apps/profiles/etc we share from mouth to mouth.

I was repeatedly told through the years to use packages for everything while working with the JS environment. I always prefer to write everything my own.

With recent events with axios hack, I am even more assured that writing my own code is better. Not for everything, but most of the time.

@Tutanota There are people who believe this will lead to the destruction of the web we know it and I am sure that would be the case, but the offline world will be affected as well. Even if you refuse to provide ID and do their verification checks, there will be a time where even the government will require some sort of online presence. The days we lived our lives entirely offline are gone. I hope I am wrong!
