@rcombs @0xabad1dea Has it always been like that? I have a binary protocol I wrote 15 years ago[0], even has its own IANA assignment (15998/udp). But I seem to remember giving up on the IETF route after seeing that even getting started would take years of bureaucracy. But maybe it was going from draft to full RFC.
(Similar situation: the official path for a feature request in Kubernetes is almost literally "form a SIG and start holding bi-monthly meetings".)

Oh god, they added Liquid Ass to the LEVEL APP. The horizon indicator isn’t even visible if you’re too close to level, and is distorted everywhere else.
