Just by loosely following the Flathub matrix channel for a few weeks I have experienced how maintainers are flooded with AI slop submissions. It's really the worst part when these submitters show up in the chat room and actually demand their app to be accepted as it would otherwise not get popular. And these are the only cases I have actually seen. I fully understand how annoying the situation has become. More than ever, software distribution repositories have to be curated by humans.
