@cmccullough Have you considered setting up your own server in your home and using something like Tailscale to help you make it public? I don't know if your ISP has any terms prohibiting that.
I use DigitalOcean, they still have Droplets (VPS) for like $4/mo, though if you want load balancers or anything like that it's more.

@lambdacalculus Absolutely! I think Neocities is a great project, too, and we should probably be hyping that shit a lot more than it is.
I do think we should also make sure that we're clear that some of these protocols are great, but are mostly suited for rag-chewing rather than discussing your sensitive information.
I'd love to participate in this.
