Using a grilling session to carefully design what you’re gonna build, and to make all the technical decisions yourself, helps a whole lot. But yeah, sometimes it has floods of useless comments or markdown. I think this depends on the model you’re using. But when you notice this stuff during code review you can prompt it to improve it before merging
