Last week, the Human Rights Monument and Heritage Building in #Ottawa were lit up in the colours of the #Palestinian flag. Attendees sang the #Palestine national anthem and listened speakers and singer.
Other cities like #Toronto #Ontario held flag raising ceremonies. Why didn't the City of Ottawa allow the flag of Palestine to fly here?
