The best alternative I've found that's not a lower-level hack is pressing Esc until focus returns to the page, which may take up to three times, and Ctrl+F Esc, which also clocks at three keypresses

@SnazzyGumball@freeradical.zone Ctrl+L takes you from the web page to the address bar but, unlike F6, it won't take you back to the web page once you are there

@anselmschueler@ieji.de it moves the focus across several UI areas, including the web page viewport itself. What I find it particularly useful for is moving directly from the address bar in the middle of typing an URL to the web page.
