I was talking to a friend the other day about how so many engineers go to college and then complain that they have to take any non-stem courses. Often the argument is "but I won't need this for my future work". And to that I say, who gives a fuck. Don't go to college for the sake of your future employer, have some fucking self respect.

Basically every team in the country coming out and saying "trans women are welcome on our team" is amazing. I am just overwhelmed by the amount of support the rugby community is showing trans women. It is truly incredible to know the whole community stands with us #Rugby #WomensSports

I want to be clear that I will still be playing women's rugby. Unless someone wants to come down and make me stop I will not stop. But this is about more than just me. Any loop hole we find, or way to continue on does not change that this is an appeasement to the transphobia found in the US government and in World Rugby. Whether or not this rule is effective, it will prevent trans people from playing rugby out of fear. #Rugby #TransRights

As of today trans women have been banned from playing women's rugby in any USA Rugby sanctioned matches. I only found this sport because I transitioned, and I fell deeply in love. I found friends, and a support network who wanted me to play with them. I was able to express my gender and find myself on the pitch, in ways I thought were closed off to me after I transitioned. I think this is a cowardly move, and an embarrassment to the sport of rugby. #Rugby #WomensSports #RugbyForAll #Trans #TransRights

It is a little surreal reading a sports website and seeing the team I play for reported on. It's just a round up for Women's club rugby, and with the second half of the season about to start it makes sense to publish a road to the playoff kind of article; just crazy to see them talk about my team and our upcoming schedule.
