@MelloProto@mastodon.social Disagree, I think the removal will be effective in reducing overall reach! This bot was a facilitator, after all. A lot of people didn’t know this data was public until the account became popular. Crazies who had an urge to go after Elon could simply follow, or even have updates pushed onto their timeline with _no input_ from them. Without this, the friction of piecing together data from aircraft database + plane # + air traffic would be enough to dampen the prospect for most.
