AWS Summit Milan 2026 was suprising in some ways.
1. A great use of the word #sovereign. Really? From an hyperscaler subject to US Cloud Act?
2. 100% of speeches and live captions in Italian. Never seen before, even from much smaller, local players.
An occasion to meet people you already know. Just from your country. What a waste for such a great event.

Aprire e aggiornare un #blog potrebbe tornare in voga. E' una delle attività cadute in disuso per la comodità di pubblicare su una piattaforma.
Ma ora che i tecnicismi di un blog li può sbrigare un'IA, perché rinchiudersi in una piattaforma che cambia regole e tariffe a suo piacimento?

I've been pleasantly surprised by how competent a little local #LLM agent can be.
I managed to run one in a Docker Sandbox, have it read and update a non-trivial task on a kanban board, and perform it with no technical help. It can write meaningful tests, find bugs in its own code (and tests)

Technologists are great at incremental fixes, but to regenerate entire habitats, we need to learn from ecologists who take a whole-systems view. Ecologists also know how to keep going when others first ignore you and then say it’s too late...
