@kelidanovus@hachyderm.io both of my teams were upset about it. I even got a message from a former team member. It's nice to know they appreciated my work. It's always hard to tell what they think of me as a scrum master, but I do my best to support the dev team
I was stressed out yesterday about a potential gap in my pay since tomorrow is my last work day but the "official" day is December 5 and severance payments won't start until then, then I woke up and my brain was like "So we crunched the numbers all night and last official day means they have to pay you through December 5, dumbass"
I appreciate the notice, but telling someone on Tuesday that they're going to be fired at the end of the week and then expecting them to keep going is another brand of cruel. Like my hands are shaking but sure, I can facilitate that planning for you
