I’m happy to share our new paper: “Writing Support Tools for Making Text Understandable: A Socio-Technical Perspective on Stakeholder-Centered Writing” (i-com – Journal of Interactive Media), with Sven Goller & @DBuschek@hci.social (Uni Bayreuth).

We observed 18 easy/plain language specialists revising texts for people with cognitive impairments and identify key tasks + gaps for AI writing support. We dicuss stakeholder-centered, non-linear writing support.
