Hanalei (tiefling mode)

Help me identify a video game? I posted this in the Critter Time forum but I'll post here, too.

If I remember correctly, this is a 2D side-scrolling real-time strategy (like Patapon), but you control, like, a little mouse army (?) with a deck of cards? So I guess it's a deck-builder too? For the PC.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Hopefully my description isn't completely off-base.
