mild nudity Hover or focus to reveal Sensitive
"The gardeners", oil painting on canvas, 35x50 cm
Two lionesses I've met who travel around selling plants and stuff for home gardening. They claim to be no "ordinary" winged lions, but lamassuse descending from the ancient guardians of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. I have no reason to doubt them. What impressed me the most is how they manage to move through their shop and greenhouse without bumping into any plants with their wings, as if they were dancing effortlessly all the time.
I'm alive! Though still working slowly. But here'a completed commission for Wafertwo, with his Uriah and Samantha sharing a tender moment in a park.

@hanalei@woof.tech Gauguin is in fact one of my favorite painters! This scene is not a specific reference to that painting but I've certainly been influenced by his works.
