@tagesschau@ard.social wenn man den Artikel liest, könnte man auch denken, dass das Basis-Konto für Privatbanken nicht verpflichtend ist. Das stimmt jedoch nicht. Ein Basis-Konto kann eine Privatbank einer natürlichen Person auch nicht mit der Begründung verweigern, dass dies ihr Ansehen schädigen könnte.

@tagesschau@ard.social hab ich doch gesagt. Gut, dass es dazu auch endlich ein Urteil gibt. Das hat mehr Auswirkungen auf Banken, als man denken würde, denn das zwingt viele Neobanken in der EU quasi dazu, Girocards und ähnliches anzubieten, da von den USA sanktionierte Personen kein MasterCard oder Visa nutzen können. Und der Artikel ist sehr schlecht geschrieben. Durch die Überschrift wird suggeriert, das Basis-Konto hätte auch etwas mit Vereinen und anderen nicht natürlichen Personen zu tun.

@signalapp@mastodon.world there were so many opportunities to implement the functionality of the official Signal chat into the app and not make it look like a chat. For example there could have been a "new features page" with a banner at the top of the screen that opens it when there is a new feature and can be manually opened via the menu. And it doesn't even make sense to implement it in a chat of you think about it, because there is no way to respond to the messages.

Wieso weiß denic nicht, wann der Fehler das erste Mal auftrat?
Ich weiß, dass es schon vor 21:57 Uhr Probleme gab, nämlich mindestens seit 21:41 Uhr. Da hat mein Monitoring nämlich den Fehler "getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND" erhalten.

Seems like there are currently some #dns issues?
I couldn't reach my own dns server via http, I am getting more issues resolving domains on the server and my monitoring (completely independent setup and remote) cannot resolve multiple domains that I have on different registars.

But it was probably not a message but a banner in the list of your chats, which is real, doesn't look like a chat and exists to make sure users don't forget their pin, as they cannot reset it without data loss when it is needed.
