To clarify:
Creating a moderation policy is necessary as we continue to grow our "little" Canadian community. It will help define our current server rules, and provide our community an understanding of how we will "moderate" them.
We are looking for suggestions, links to moderation policies you fancy already, & help on ensuring our policy is anti-oppressive.
