@ne1for23@betweenthelions.link I wouldn’t use riffusion as a metric of any kind. It’s more a unique “hey that’s cool” kind of oddball experiment. The model it’s using was never trained on audio as I understand it but images. Hence the sonogram generation. It was only kinda after the fact someone tried “playing” it as an actual audio track. Still hella impressive given it wasn’t it’s original intention.

@ne1for23@betweenthelions.link I think it would require it’s own GPT model (much like the AI art generators use now but trained on Sid files). I don’t think GPTchat itself is capable. But it’s tantalizing.
