@anne@precise.space I think the hack is just to consume the broth. Mostly you're losing minerals to the low quality soup you've made. That said I'm sure some things (vitamin c for one) are degraded by any long heating

I watch maybe too much nutrition content to have noticed this but, it's really funny to me that only British nutrition commentators spend time convincing people to not boil vegetables.

(Non-boiling cooking methods retain a bit more nutrition)

Does anyone know of fairly reliable face detection tools I can run at home? I'm trying to help blur faces on photos for security reasons and would like to automate it a bit.

I tried an opencv model piped into imagemagick which was ok but fails on "glasses" and "face is 10 degrees out of upright" which is pretty sad.
