Being a BSD user/admin/advocate/contributor is weird.

You help enterprises use FreeBSD, you set OpenBSD firewalls at small ISPs, you patch code here and there and upstream, you run advocacy meetups at universities, you might even do fundraising for a small tool or a large conference...

Then someone comes and says "tHen wHy iS yOuR LaPToP a mAc Bro? y u sTill NEed LinUx drivers Bro? BSD sUCks my mannn"

not to sound like an ass (meaning totally to sound like an ass), but the BSDs are much better Unix systems anyway.

oh and if you want a real Unix that's legally open source, you may also have a look at #illumos ;)

@cwebber@social.coop why just right wing? I was banned from Twitter when it was controlled by the extreme left because they were owned by the government. Many friends got blocked from Twitter because they were tweeting about a genocide (which no one spoke about, thanks to oil money).
