Got to see William #Kentridge: The Battle Between YES and NO, at the Kunsthalle, Prague.

A marvellous exhibition; 'To cross one more sea' is an extraordinary, terrifying, giddy-making installation, a retelling of transatlantic crossings.

'Rules' were areas outside the jail walls where imprisoned debtors were allowed to live and work. According to John Howard, aside from the Fleet & Bench prisons in London, a handful of other prisons had 'Rules': Losthwithiel, Carmarthen and Newcastle. #DebtHistory #CarceralHistory
