@dawn@social.lol oh ye, one of the first times for me was a homeless person in brussels begging for money. (Still somewhat regret I didnt have cash on me that day).
Either way, I havent even started hormones yet, I havent even shaven my face for 2 days. I opened the door in a bathrobe. The only thing fem abt me is my hair and nails

Can we get a year focused on feature freeze, bug fixing, and polish for #kicad please.....
I love all the new features from the past few years, and also a lot of those in the pipeline, but I really wish kicad would move slow and fix things for a bit.

@slyka Doesnt this plugin mainly just add a symbol field "LCSC" with their part number. I guess the plugin stores some extra metadata, but for production this seems like the most relevant info (and iirc, the plugin also reads these fields if there is no other data). And personally I dont think that is a horrible thing to have included, you could potentially add more fields for different distributers

@tshirtman @lina I mean.... I heard stories of one of the competitors of blender going to companies that were considering maybe switching to blender. And telling those companies that blender being gpl meant that they had to give up their 3D files as well. This is of course misinformation, but clearly someone thought this was a good strategy :blob_upsidedown:.
At least the AI argument isn't just straight up lies

I think its mostly telling how the idk like, 3 trans girls who actually manage to perform sports at a high level are used as such a political weapon to dehumanize all trans people because.... I guess it makes for easy arguments.

@oantolin@mathstodon.xyz the 300 euro book will also have no solutions, just final answers to selected exercises. there is a solutions manual (with solutions to selected exercises) but you can only buy it if you are a teacher.
The answer numbers also change by edition to make sure it is an absolute pain to use if you buy the book and the solutions second hand of different editions
