They say a Schengen visa gets easier as history builds up, but I'm seeing this getting harder for absolutely bonkers reasons.

This time, to _submit_ my application, I will have to travel a shorter distance (500km) than the coast to coast last time, and with slightly fewer 100s of grams of paper. But the date is so tight it is all but guaranteed the visa will arrive after I am supposed to be there (if it does at all). And I had to keep checking the site every 3-4 hours for 2 weeks for the slot.

@kkremitzki@mastodon.social there are a few others in that area apparently. Just search for "Decatur #180". Also, with the other two, Latin becomes the odd one out being a dead language.

@kkremitzki@mastodon.social bad font choice or typo by whoever did it (the ित should be a ति). And if you're using Latin the choice should have been Sanskrit for Indic... Still appreciate the hustle.

@europython Given that the first thing the form asks is email address, could you remove the condition that the applicant should be signed in when filling the form? Annoying for those opening in Private Browsing, impossible for those without a google account.
