So basically , all #Amiga executables compiled with the very popular #GCC6.5 and certainly all gcc 680x0 compilers since years,, are actually bugged because of a sad bad copy paste bug in the 68000 gcc management, generating wrong negative values for bit testing instruction "btst" like " btst #-15,(12,a5)" , that the following assembler pass shouldn't even assemble. This means the correction I'm testing must be merged, all m68k-amiga-gcc users compiler updated, and all pistorm drivers code (at least) and anything using it on the planet must be recompiled. What compiler uses AmiSSL already ?

No... this is *NOT* a new #Mastodon client for #Amiga #AmigaOS3 being developped, with an experimental #BOOPSI interface heavily relying on datatypes, with skinable theme system inspired by the antique #WinAmp , not mentioning a strong will to look like and react like a modern mobile application, except that also, its dpi can totally change on the fly with Ctrl-/Ctrl+ keys. IT IS NOT THIS, and first of all I didn't show you. Unsee it. ... (wtf patch9 buttons ??)

@davec555@c.im @midwan@mastodon.social thank you for your efforts i own a zz9k on a a4k i switch on twice a year , i"ll have more reason to use it if there are updates: i've myself released a library to render unicode texts with emojis on all screenmodes, and for exemple having a function that would rgba-alpha-blend a list of target rectangles and bitmap sources, in some api, would help for antialiasing . For now i dont antialias colored bitmaps... Also there is that cgx function ScaleBitmapSomething that is great but bugged and loosely implemented on default P96

This is also the first release for utf8rastport.library, an Amiga shared library 📖 that manage multiple fallback truetype fonts, metrics, and rendering on Amiga Intuition "RastPorts". Note: This architecture potentially allow to display and edit actual modern text encoding and emojis i further IRC clients, mailers, mastodon clients, etc...

It is again a rainy day so i made an #Unicode #UTF-8 editor on #AmigaOS3... #Amiga and i can convert most used encodage, and i can print tons of funny #emoji with function keys. Thanks #FreeType lib also and linux ttf collection. There is a whole new font system and low level draw functions to make it work. Not perfect yet but already fabulous. last note: the post from 2weeks ago, I was just doing the rendering engine, this is now a text editor.
