Did you know the Nintendo Wii has exactly one Ethernet driver? It doesn't seem to be restricted to Nintendo hardware and works with other USB Ethernet adapters with the same chipset (AX88772A). I think that is the fastest read/verify I ever saw. Thank you! (Used my new Aliexpress press-on "probe", which worked really nice)

Tipp: Bei "Mittelklasse"karten nicht an der Anzahl der Lüfter sparen, 2-Lüfter-Karten sind deutlich lauter als 3-Lüfter-Karten... Einige Gaming-Outlets behaupten, dass 8GB VRAM "heutzutage" zu wenig wäre, aber ich bin damit selbst bei 1440p noch nicht in allzu große Probleme gelaufen...

@Fnordinger@mastodon.social Ich habe mir kurzem eine CFW-fähige PS3 slim CECH-2504A (slim, 160GB, siehe https://consolemods.org/wiki/PS3:Buying_Guide Date-Code beachten!) für ~75€ auf eBay geschossen und EvilNat PEX CFW installiert. Dann kann man mit webMan MOD die Blu-Ray-Region wechseln. (Siehe auch: https://consolemods.org/wiki/PS3:Recommended_Setup) Übliche Warnung bei alter Hardware: Neue Wärmeleitpaste ist fast Pflicht... (Fand' das bei der PS3 aber nicht so kompliziert)
