If anyone is looking for strength training in zoom classes, for the past few months I've been going to https://staceysorgencoaching.com/
She has classes at (Pacific time) 0610, 0710, and 1010. The classes are generally 5-7 middle-aged-to-old cis ladies, but she's had men and trans people of all flavors, and she's queer herself. Very welcoming and encouraging and chill. Some chatter in class about random things. Good for PT.
Another "semester" is due to start on the 30th and you can try a class free. Mondays are arm days, Wednesdays heart rate/core days, Fridays are leg days, Tuesday and Thursday are balance and all around

On a similar note, people are very rah rah about Mastodon, but my instance is run by a guy in America who has a family in America, and he's a great guy but I don't expect him to say "no I'll go to jail instead of moderating as you prefer, political officer"
My impression is that #Mastodon is a huge PITA to set up on raw metal and most people use a hosting service. Which of those are set up to resist American pressure?
