Take a line that doesn't make sense (it came to me in a dream, or a misheard lyric from another song) and then write a song around it that makes the line make sense

Just found out about this Bartz v Anthropic settlement where a copyright lawsuit is being brought against Anthropic for using pirated books to train AI models.
Once, I had an essay published in an anthology, so I used the Authors Guild search tool to look for the book, and it's included in the list of books being included in the claim. (I don't think I can file a claim though, since I'm not listed as the author of the book, so I emailed the editors to let them know the info.)
Anyway the deadline to file a claim is March 30.

The iOS Health app's notifications have an issue. Every now and then it tells me something like "Your walking steadiness is low. You could have an increased risk of falling in the near future." (I forget the exact wording.)
But if you look at the long term data, yes, it's still in the Low range, but actually my walking steadiness is the highest it's been in the last year. So actually my falling risk has *decreased* a little bit.
It's like the notification only accounts for what range it's in now, and not how it compares to the past. There's an assumption that if walking steadiness is low, that means it's currently getting lower.

Oh dear, Tumblr has updated something and people are Upset.
If I understand correctly, the new update makes it so the person who is notified about a reblog or comment is the latest person in the reblog chain, not the original poster of the top post. I assume the purpose is to A) encourage conversations among people in close reblog proximity to each other, and B) stop viral posts from being overwhelming for the original poster.
The problem is that people can talk about your post without you even knowing. If you post some original art, you don't even really know how many people have seen it. (You don't see the total number of notes, only the number of notes directly from your version of the post.)
It seems to me that an easy fix is to make all this optional. Make a way to see the total notes if you want to. Make a way to get all the notifications if you want to. (Of course, not being a programmer, I have no idea how easy that fix would actually be lol.)
They say they're open to feedback. Maybe I'll write and tell them.

I think I might be allergic to plums?? I had a few bites of one (for the first time in many many years) and my lips started to feel numb! Very weird. And a very different reaction from the preservative I'm allergic to, which makes my throat scratchy and my eyes watery.
