Have been dissociating pretty hard lately with the health situation of my mom. Despite the complicated relationship, I still care for her. But I absolutely will have boundaries set. I'm done having her manipulate me. Especially since she seems to NEED me now more than ever.

The alcohol marker missile turret is complete! Using my Snapmaker U1 and Plasticity to model this thing was... Quite frankly, a joy to make. Only had 1 and a half failed prototypes, but I feel confident that this is the final form!

So the left side of the missile turret printed, and I used Petg for the support interface layer and part of the interface layer yeeted itself.
But does it hold markers tho? Yes... Yes it does.
Still need to dial in the settings on my U1 to get things looking right

Yup. Absolutely enamoured with the multicolour printing on my Snapmaker U1!
Had to repaint the parts because it was sliced for the Bambu printer, but loved how it turned out.

Ok. Apologies for yet another gush about my new 3D printer but... There's someone working on a fork of Orcaslicer that allows the Snapmaker U1 to do full spectrum colour gradients, this is wild.

My Snapmaker u1 arrived yesterday. I decided to skip the little test dragon and went full bore on the raptor from OriginalToys3D, which was a whooping. 14 and a half hours to do
This thing was heavy as hell though. Definitely a 2 person lift!
