tldr: I'm feeling big frustrated and defeated. I felt like I had the best year of my life last year. I felt strong, healthy, and motivated. I was able to sit down and focus, draw, and create. Now it feels like the bottom's dropped out of the spoon drawer, and they're all over the floor :')

I'm hoping to see some improvement in my BP with exercise and diet, I feel like I've been doing really well, but the fatigue has been making it a lot harder to push through, and therefore I'm not getting as consistent results, which is a bit mentally defeating. PCOS is also running wild, free of it's chains without the IUD and T, so that's...fun.

My meds changed in March, and tbh it's been a bit of a slog. My IUD is (past) due to be replaced, I'm off HRT to see if that was affecting my blood pressure and other things, and I've felt like an emotionally and hormonal-ly imbalanced mess. Fatigue? Max. Anxiety? Thru the Roof. Libido? Thru the Floor.

I have an appointment to get the IUD replaced and discuss some other options next week. I feel like pre-T me, and wow you don't realize how good you felt until you feel bad.

@CheetahFluff@nyan.network My last one was in Maui, Hawaii while I was there with my partner for a conference, and my first one was from a University greenhouse when we were in Louisiana, ~2017. 🤤 Truly my favorite fruit. Sometimes you get lucky with one from the grocers, but warm off the tree is in a tier its own!
