@mcdanlj I agree. The MR has bad attitude all over it. A naive “all old stuff bad” kind of vibe.
This is classic junior to mid level engineer behavior. It’s understandable, but the people at GNOME making these decisions should have outgrown that by now. At least add it to the release notes ffs. The lack of respect is irritating.
