@peterk@ieji.de @Tutanota@mastodon.social kinda, what was rejected was the derogation that was in place since 2021, this is for Chat Control 2.0, I am not sure if they mean about the 2.0 or that there is a possibility that the negotiations will extend beyond the final dated they wanted and they will propose another derogation. I recommend calling the shadow rapporteurs, urging them to reject any mass scanning without prior suspicion and the use of experimental technologies, searching for new material and/or grooming

Was vorbei ist, ist Chatkontrolle 1.0, das aus dem Jahr 2021 stammt, jetzt wird über Chatkontrolle 2.0 verhandelt, das das dauerhafte Gesetz ist und um das sich letztes Jahr so viel Wirbel gebildet hat

W głosowaniu, które odbyło się 26 marca, Konfederaci głosowali za przeszukaniem podejrzanych, chociaż dzień wcześniej głosowali za powtórzeniem głosowania

@gruby We should contact also with the permanent representation of every country in Brussels and the Chypre presidency, we have to convince both the Parliament and Council, if we convince only one body I doubt they will reach an agreement and the negotiations will fail

An assistant will respond so ask about the position of the MEP about the extension and after that request the assistant to tell the MEP to reject the vote or vote for the amendment 35
