@perryhamilton@mastodon.social Nice list, but most of these exchanges are more about quantity than traffic quality. They’re okay for testing or warming things up, but for real conversions I’d look at native ads like MGID or other ad networks with actual users, not auto/traffic exchange traffic. From my experience, it’s better to have less volume but a more targeted audience — the ROI looks completely different then. I’d treat these platforms as supplementary rather than primary sources

@stux True. Most people aren’t chasing millions, they’re chasing peace of mind. So they don’t have to constantly worry about bills, emergencies, or ‘what happens tomorrow’. Money is more of a tool than the end goal

Elon Musk's recent posts have certainly sparked a lot of controversy, and platforms should probably be more responsible when it comes to spreading information. If this petition helps improve the situation with misinformation, then it's definitely a positive step!

@burgerdrome@aus.social Modern computers are truly amazing! They store your data in 500 different locations and even send a copy to the FBI just in case. Sometimes it feels like they know more about us than we do ourselves, and all this comes with a ton of ads!
