@sister_ratched @timrichards continually over reacting to everything. Many allergies, t2d, kidney disease, skin allergies, arthritis. I had covid in March 2020. It didn't cause these things but now they are all much worse. Not a gamble I want to take.

@kauer @timrichards It's not because they are dodderers. It's because the longer people have to accumulate power the harder it is to pry it from their greedy selfish hands. Old people with power favour their mates and cronies who, guess what, are also old and rich. So power and money become more and more concentrated among people who formed their world view in very different times and have no desire to change anything.

@timrichards I"d like to see a law that you can't stand for election or be appointed into Senate vacancies if you are over 60. I'm older than that and have not observed the so called wisdom that comes with age. The median age of parliament should be the same as of the population generally, about 38 I think. #auspol
