As of today I have been at Bicycle Garage Indy for 19 years! I've been a professional bicycle advocate for more than 27 years, something not many folks can say. In the early days of bicycle advocacy there were few organizations with paid staff and we all knew each other. Now there are hundreds of bicycle advocacy organizations throughout the US. No bicycle retailers had bicycle advocates on staff - that hasn't really changed. /n

Bikes, Photography, Pianist, Music, Cats, Nature, Board games; first career as musician / pianist/ piano teacher; 2nd (current) career as Bicycle Advocate, working on programs and projects to get more people bicycling. If I had a 3rd career it would be a photographer, but currently just enjoy taking photos, mostly of nature near where I live. I go on photo bike rides. Views are my own
