@wikiyu@infosec.exchange it's not automated sadly, but if you connect it to a pc via the charging port it should act as a mass storage device and allow you to pull the .fit files directly. At least mine (Rider 420) does.

@dee@social.treehouse.systems I'm not aware of an app that does that unfortunately, but it must be possible. Without extra equipment, the easiest I can think of is to stick a QR-Code or similar on each item and scan that with the phone's camera. For RFID, many phones support reading NFC tags which would give a similar result. The downside to all of them is that they require manual scanning, otherwise you'd need a bulky antenna like at the exits of stores. All that's missing is an app to handle the inventory for you.

@johanna@lgbtqia.space what's working for me is to wear padded bibs underneath and cover them up with a pair of loose shorts. That hides the bulge pretty well. Another thing that helped was to try and look for women's bibs, they tend to have less padding material up front, leading to less bulge. For me, the lack of padding up there hasn't been an issue, but your mileage might vary. Tilting the nose of the saddle slightly down can also help with that.
