  Comcast Xfinity is participating in the California Broadband Lifeline Program, which I qualify for. I tried to do the application online via the Xfinity site (which is what you have to do).   I'm at the point now where I'm trying to squeeze every penny I can out of things in order to afford the constantly rising price of food.
