Oh great, I've been approved for the California Broadband Lifeline program but I can't log in. Four different browsers on my laptop and again on my phone and all I get is a system error. Can't even call the call center for a half hour. They make this shit impossible to navigate on purpose. Why keep nagging me about this program if I can't actually access it?
