Ha. I just read Gizmodo's article about the Musk interview where he crashed and burned like a Tesla. He's as informed, thoughtful, and coherent as Trump. The similarities are uncanny. HOW has the world been so fooled by these appalling stupid small, small men who live in their own fantasy worlds. https://gizmodo.com/elon-musk-economist-interview-2000790016 #USPol #Musk #TeslaTakedown

For the first time ever? tonight some Mormons rang our doorbell. Well we're introverts so never answer the door unless we are expecting a visitor of course. Part of me really wished I had answered the door so I could explain to them that god(s) is/are as real as the tooth fairy and why are they wasting their time bothering people. Anyway, it reminded me of John Saffran and the Mormons which is hilarious. https://youtu.be/U58wgn-9Y3c

Just have to say again that my heart hurts for all the educated, experienced, professionals in government who are doing their best to keep the ship of state afloat and their own heads above water. FFS America, do better ASAP. This is INSANE and DANGEROUS. #USPol

Struggling with idea of selling one of our two cars. Since retirement 5+ years ago, we don't drive either much (we're introverts and have a large garden and home maker space) and one - a hybrid - must be jump started if not driven for a few weeks. But the idea of not having "my" and "his" car is giving me the heebie jeebies, but we don't see a point in keeping a car to drive it four time a year just in case. But still really struggling. I can see how older people...

So I used to hear about antisemitism and immediately I knew someone had said or done something terrible. Today when I hear that someone is accused of being antisemitic, I have to double check, was it just someone saying that Palestinian lives mattered. It has lost all meaning.

Hearing my MIL's assisted living facility has a rhinovirus outbreak. All residents "also" are being asked to mask in community spaces. Just sharing as it's clearly something that's spreading in places.

Am I correct that it would be an occupational therapist who is best trained to help geriatric person figure out how to use TV equipment, etc. She's losing her sight, but my assessment (from listening in remotely to when she's had IT and social worker helping her) is that it's more a cognitive/retention issue than a vision issue. I'm at wits end trying to figure out how to help my MIL without being sucked into hours of hand holding every time she messes up her TV r...

Sadly had to take down a huge tree that had started to die which was a risk to our barn. Amused by our landscaper's stump grinder though. It's remote controlled and Hubby was ogling it. MUCH more awesome than his RC tanks and cars. :) :) :)

I am on board for a national strike. Shut it all down economically. For as long as it takes. The longer we wait the worse it will get. These fascist thugs and corrupt enablers must be stopped. #NationalStrike #USPol #Fascism

Sharing a new jig we just purchased and tested on our new Xtool F2 MOPA Fiber laser. It worked on centering a coin engraving like a charm! https://www.etsy.com/listing/1566770378/all-aluminum-self-centering-chuck-or #MOPA #Laser #Jigs #Maker
