  Cold drip coffee is the best way to make coffee. It banishes the bitterness and makes sweet caffienated goodness, reminiscent of the best desert stouts. Shame it takes 2-4 hours to make.

  We aren't angry enough about how shit the phone signal is in the UK. I've been up mountains in mainland Europe and still been able to get 4 bars of signal, whereas over here I can be sat in a pub and my phone will think I'm on the fucking moon.

  Aquamation is better than cremation. The only body disposal mechanism superior to aquamation is a body farm. Sadly, we don't have any in this country. We really should have at least one body farm per county. And London should have a dozen.

  My favourite small-time band got signed by a major label. Really pleased, good for them, they deserve success, etc. But it now means that I've gone from being able to see them 2-3 times a year to once every other year and having to buy the tickets 14 months in advance.

  We should either create a society where we don't have cars or one where we have large roads and an abundance of parking everywhere even if that requires large scale demolition. This half way house we have now is stupid.
