@saraislet If Unicode won’t assign a code point (and, let’s face it, they won’t), maybe we can hack it into OSes as a combining character. Much in the way that 🏳️+🌈=🏳️🌈, we can have, say, ✂️ and 🇫🇷 form a guillotine emoji when placed together.
