Made a mistake and ordered *far* too much (succulent) Chinese food in a great restaurant tonight. We also didn’t understand how much it would cost 😳
On the plus side: it was fantastic, and they boxed up what we didn’t eat.

@WiteWulf@cyberplace.social We called in to the pub on the walk home last week, for a quick break from the lashing, sleety rain. OpGeek asked me what I wanted, and I said Bushmills Red. It was wtf expensive, and I was quite embarrassed. The next day we discovered Bushmills have discontinued their sherry cask whiskey, and the bar man served us the 14 year old. Cos it has a red label 😳
