Right now, I would like to be making a box trailer so that it is easier to take stuff over to our storage unity in Wales. Strapping stuff down on an open trailer is a bit of a pain at the best of times! #MakersHour

Not been up to anything apart from trying to empty this house, and admin after my Mum's death.

@MakersHour@cupoftea.social A1 Hi I'm Quixoticgeek. There's three projects I'd like to be working on right now, one is a big belt grinder. I've bought most of the metal, I just need to weld it together, but currently the makerspace is offline while we move, so can't. Next up is a dining table, same issue, makerspace not usable yet. Finally some pottery stuff. This I'm hoping to be able to start on soon, as I've been working this week on finishing the makerspace pottery area. #MakersHour

I've been meaning work on some wearable glowy projects for #BurningMan/#Neotropolis. Last night I thought of a way to handle a software problem that's been in my way. (Along with a flood of other ideas) Also I've been meaning to do some welding practice as meditation, but that will need to wait a week. And #OpenSauce last weekend makes me want to build a robot. #makershour

I cleaned my basement work area, and rebuilt some steps most recently. Trying to restore some of the rotting trim on my now 22 year old home. Preparing for an upcoming painting project.
