In 2020 China only manufactured 3% of its domestic use semiconductors. After the Biden export bans, they now produce 70% of their own semiconductors. They don't use Windows anymore for gov/military. Many US cars are banned in certain areas because of the immense amount of connected cameras.
They have very little tech reliance on the west now
