@inherentlee@flipping.rocks if I had a medal for every therapist who has called me out on doing exactly that, I would have as many medals as I would have had therapists because they've all called me out for that

@inherentlee@flipping.rocks I usually try to reserve at least six minutes at the end of a session for the big thing that's wrecking me.
