Three Good Things Pride yesterday. It' so good to be surrounded by our people and so much queer joy, even with bad folks coming in, they were surrounded by HAPPY PRIDE The Monarch caterpillars are now in their chrysalises. Getting to go into our backyard every day and eating serviceberries from our bushes, which are so prolific this year. #ThreeGoodThings

Just took a lovely walk by the river in my neighborhood. They’re developing a park by the river. Benches and porch swings. Bike and walking paths. I can’t wait to see what’s coming up in the green space.

It’s great that the heat shield worked well. All that worry. And no testing of the sat phones.

Crappy tech week. I got new tech to solve a problem (and it didn't) and then another tech thing failed. I want to scream. Edit One is fixed. The other might be. 🤞🏻

I found a YouTuber who documents her sheep to sweater time. It generally takes her 60-75 hours to knit a sweater for her small size. A livable wage for that would be $1600 to $1800. If you paid her for all her time, and none of the materials (fleece, equipment, dye matter) it would be almost $2500 (about 90-100 hours in all), not including the materials. Feeding and caring for the sheep, for instance. For one sweater. #knitting #Capitalism #capitalismLies
