So what&#39;s with the message JAWS reads in Chrome when you try to open an inaccessible PDF? &quot;This PDF is inaccessible. Couldn’t download text extraction files. Please try again later.&quot; &quot;Please try again later&quot;? What?! So, like, if I wait 10 minutes and try again, this PDF might magically become accessible? Wow! Who knew? #A11Y

And also, that's not just an issue I thought was caused by work blocking some thingy or other from downloading? It's actually the standard experience? That's really unfortunate.
