@swisslet There's a similar lawsuit in Hawaii concerning scholarships. My theory is that rather than an actual complaint about equal access, these suits are test balloons to see how much conservatives can freeze minority groups and poor people out of any opportunity that may better their life situation. The wealthy think their lavish lifestyles are predicated on the suffering of the proletariat. At least that's how it seems.

@swisslet perhaps what they needed to reach are disadvantaged youths vs we will not be helping anyone whose skin color is white. That is blatant discrimination, it’s wrong. If we are ok discriminating against one group then sounds like we are ok discriminating against anyone. I’m not ok with that. Nobody gets to pick the color of their skin or where they are born. Helping disadvantaged people and lift them up should be the goal and not discriminating against anyone. And I mean anyone.

@swisslet I was against her upon reading the first part of the article where it mentions that she is an "influencer." Anyone who saddles themselves with that moniker deserve ridicule, embarassment and ignoring.
