@swisslet There's a similar lawsuit in Hawaii concerning scholarships. My theory is that rather than an actual complaint about equal access, these suits are test balloons to see how much conservatives can freeze minority groups and poor people out of any opportunity that may better their life situation. The wealthy think their lavish lifestyles are predicated on the suffering of the proletariat. At least that's how it seems.
