RAGAZZI CHE CAZZI ! 😡 In 2026 an ordeal so far to get some medicine for a poor sick horse ! So there were 2 options &quot;have them from the vet itself&quot; ( that turns out at a &quot;really big&quot; cost ) OR, given that is a human medicine too, have the vet write a prescription for us and get them in a pharmacy. So turns out the pharmacy is much cheaper &quot;we send you the prescription via email&quot;, which is a signed PDF doc. I print it, we go the the pharmacy, here is the thing .. *NO SORRY I WANT THE ORIGINAL* C.

CONT. "I cannot give you out this medicine I want the original paper" .. so phone the vet .. "they don't have it here but they can send it" ( so we can't go and pick it up ) so another round of phone calls "to be sure the pharmacy can receive it" 15 mins held on the phone "sorry they have to send a paper thing via post as they pharmacy said WILL NOT accept an email from us" ( they normally would have emailed it ) .. so if we are super lucky we can pick it up tomorrow, if not Victoria will CONT

@gilesgoat Oh FFS I hate that nowhere on any documentation does it ever say ‘to use this at you will need the original not a copy’ .. these people should all know by now how it works and really what would it take to put a little instruction note on these forms? So annoying that nobody wants to help anybody with things like this.
